The natural wilderness covered in winter snow was our inspiration for this adventure elopement shoot. We wanted to style an intimate elopement with a real couple that took place in the high country of Arizona as our destination, with the ground covered in snow. We set up a circle arch in the forest (nearby an icy lake) and adorned it with silk florals to withstand the low temperature. Pops of red for winter contrast and pampas grass to show off our southwestern vibe were used in the floral design. The wooden circle arch placed in the tall pines created a ceremony site that perfected our rustic wilderness theme. Warmth was added with a fur wrap for the bride, a fur shrug for the bridal bouquet and a cozy hot chocolate table to top it all off, with a tiny wedding cake baked for two.
